Hello, Redcliffe
Why we are building compliance intelligence for regulated content, starting with specialist models for financial promotions and gambling, with environmental and sustainability checks handled inside relevant verticals.
The problem we are solving
Regulated content has become too complex for a last-minute copy check. A single campaign can touch financial-promotion rules, sector guidance, social-media constraints, affiliate activity, sustainability claims, direct marketing, or gambling advertising restrictions.
The question is no longer only whether a sentence sounds cautious. The question is whether each claim can be traced to the right source, reviewed in context, improved without losing the commercial point, and approved with a record the team can inspect later.
That is the space Redcliffe is built for.
What Redcliffe does
Redcliffe is a compliance intelligence platform for regulated marketing and client-facing content. It is designed around everyday workflows:
- Review existing content and flag issues with source-linked reasoning
- Create new drafts with regulatory guardrails active from the brief
- Update existing content when rules, guidance, products, or factual context change
- Record what was reviewed, what changed, and why the final version was accepted
The product is built for compliance teams, lawyers, agencies, and marketing teams that need clear review output without turning every campaign into a slow manual exercise.
Where the product starts
Redcliffe coverage is built around specialist, jurisdiction and vertical sector specific compliance models.
The UK Financial Promotions Model covers regulated financial marketing, including investment promotions, retail banking and insurance overlays, Consumer Duty context, social-media and finfluencer content, cryptoasset promotions, approval context, and sustainability-linked financial-product claims.
The UK Gambling, Betting and Gaming Promotions Model covers betting and gaming campaigns, offers, affiliates, sponsorship, safer-gambling messages, campaign green claims, and channel-specific promotional risk.
US Financial Promotions is available through private access for teams that need US regulated financial-content review. US gambling, betting and gaming coverage is in build.
How environmental and sustainability claims fit
We are not building broad standalone environmental-claims models for public use.
Environmental and sustainability claim rules are handled inside the relevant vertical model where they affect the regulated content being reviewed. In financial promotions, that can include ESG, SDR, sustainable-investment, anti-greenwashing, and product-impact language. In gambling, betting, and gaming, it can include environmental or social-good claims used as part of a campaign or offer.
That distinction matters. A sustainability claim is not reviewed in the abstract. It is reviewed in the context of the product, sector, jurisdiction, audience, evidence, and channel.
Why focus matters
We keep model scope focused because the quality bar matters. A useful compliance system needs coverage, citations, practical fixes, and a record of what happened.
It is not enough to say "this may be risky" and leave the reviewer to reconstruct the rule. The answer has to be reviewable: the claim, the finding, the source, the suggested treatment, and the final reviewer action should stay connected.
That is how regulated teams move faster without turning the process into a black box.
Why this matters now
Regulators are intervening earlier and in more channels. Social posts, landing pages, paid ads, affiliate copy, emails, app flows, sponsorship assets, and campaign journeys all carry compliance risk. At the same time, marketing cycles are getting shorter.
The teams we are speaking with do not want an automatic approval stamp. They want a practical way to review more content, preserve the record, and improve the draft quickly.
That is the job.
