Hello, Redcliffe

Why we are building compliance intelligence for regulated content, starting with UK financial promotions and expanding into environmental and gambling claims.

The problem we are solving

Regulated content has become too complex for a last-minute copy check. A single campaign can touch financial promotion rules, sector guidance, social media constraints, affiliate activity, environmental claim substantiation, or gambling advertising restrictions. The question is no longer only whether a sentence sounds cautious. The question is whether each claim can be traced to the right source, reviewed in context, and improved without losing the commercial point.

That is the space Redcliffe is built for.

What Redcliffe does

Redcliffe is a compliance intelligence platform for regulated marketing and client-facing content. It is designed around three everyday workflows:

  • Review existing content and flag issues with source-linked reasoning
  • Compose new drafts with regulatory guardrails active from the brief
  • Refresh content when rules, guidance, products, or factual context change

The product is built for compliance teams, lawyers, agencies, and marketing teams that need clear review output without turning every campaign into a slow manual exercise.

Where the beta starts

Our first live beta model is the UK Financial Promotions Model, including UK cryptoasset-promotion coverage. That means Redcliffe can review and draft against the core promotion standards, Consumer Duty context, social-media guidance, the Section 21 approval framework, and the crypto-specific restrictions that sit inside the UK financial promotions regime.

We are keeping the beta focused because the quality bar matters. A useful compliance system needs coverage, citations, practical fixes, and a record of what happened. It is not enough to say "this may be risky" and leave the reviewer to reconstruct the rule.

What comes next

The next visible areas are US environmental claims, UK environmental claims, UK gambling advertising, and US gambling advertising. They are natural extensions of the same problem: regulated content where a claim needs to be tested against rules, evidence, audience, channel, and jurisdiction.

The common pattern is simple. A sentence that looks harmless in isolation may become problematic once you know the product, audience, geography, medium, and substantiation behind it. Redcliffe is being built to keep that context attached to the work.

Why this matters now

Regulators are intervening earlier and in more channels. Social posts, landing pages, paid ads, affiliate copy, packaging, emails, and app flows all carry compliance risk. At the same time, marketing cycles are getting shorter.

The teams we are speaking with do not want a black-box approval stamp. They want a practical way to review more content, preserve evidence, and improve the draft quickly.

That is the job.

Request beta access if your team reviews regulated content and wants to test Redcliffe with real workflows.

Want to try Redcliffe?

The UK Financial Promotions Model and the UK Gambling, Betting and Gaming Promotions Model are open for beta access. UK financial promotions includes COBS 4 investment-promotion coverage, UK cryptoasset-promotion, finfluencer/social-media promotion, retail banking and insurance overlays, and promotion-facing SDR sustainability coverage. We're also collecting interest for US financial promotions. US gambling coverage remains planned. Environmental and sustainability claims are handled as overlays inside the relevant sector model.
