Two different jobs

First find the estate. Then watch what matters.

Discovery is an inventory tool. Monitoring is the recurring control. Keeping them separate lets a team see its public pages without pretending every discovered URL has been selected or approved.

Website inventory discovery

Start from a public domain or sitemap. Redcliffe finds candidate pages on that host so the team can classify, select, ignore, or exclude them inside the project.

Paid add-on from Pro · included in Enterprise

Selected-page monitoring

Select the URLs that deserve an ongoing control. Redcliffe checks those pages each day and raises a Review action only when a visible change is meaningful.

The control loop

From public URL to a reviewable action.

01

Discover

Run inventory discovery from a public domain or sitemap to find candidate pages inside the project.

02

Select

Choose the public URLs that carry material regulated claims, offers, disclosures, or warnings.

03

Monitor

Redcliffe captures a baseline and checks each selected page on its daily cadence for visible text changes.

04

Review

A meaningful change is marked for Review so the current page can be assessed against the relevant model.

A concrete example

The old record stays. The changed page gets a new Review.

A product page previously approved with a qualified performance statement is edited after publication. Monitoring does not approve or reject the edit. It identifies the meaningful change and puts the current page back in front of the customer reviewer.

The boundary

Selected-page monitoring, described precisely.

One pack covers one public host and up to 25 selected URLs. Nothing outside that explicit scope is implied.

What the control covers

  • Public HTTP and HTTPS pages on the selected host
  • A baseline plus a timestamped history of monitoring runs
  • Visible text, title, length, and content-hash comparison
  • Noise-aware change classification before a review action is raised
  • A direct route from a changed page into Redcliffe Review

What it does not cover

  • Logged-in areas, account portals, or private customer journeys
  • Form completion, checkout flows, or transaction testing
  • Every animation, personalisation, location, or dynamic application state
  • Pages outside the selected host or URLs that were not selected
  • An implicit claim that every page on the website has been reviewed
Transparent expansion

Add recurring monitoring when the workflow needs it.

Inventory discovery is already part of Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Pro and Team workspaces can add website packs from Billing; selected-page monitoring is included in Enterprise.
