Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-16
This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for paid Redcliffe subscriptions. Redcliffe is operated by REDCLIFFE CONTENT PARTNERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15880789.
Redcliffe is a B2B software subscription for regulated-content review, drafting, refresh, approval records, and governed model access. Design Partner access is agreed directly and separately. Paid online subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
1. Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
If your subscription was purchased through Paddle, you can cancel using the buyer portal link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, the billing page in your Redcliffe account, or Paddle Buyer Support.
2. Refunds
Refunds for Redcliffe transactions processed by Paddle are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Redcliffe does not impose additional refund restrictions, qualifiers, or exceptions beyond Paddle's policy and applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your transaction. Where local law gives you a stronger right, Paddle applies the applicable legal requirement.
3. How to request a refund
Refund requests for Paddle transactions should be made through Paddle:
- use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email;
- use the support link shown in your Paddle receipt;
- visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.
If Paddle approves a refund, it is returned to the original payment method where possible in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
4. Paddle terms
Paddle handles payment collection, invoices, applicable taxes, cancellation requests, and refund processing for transactions completed through Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to those transactions.
5. Access after a refund
If Paddle refunds a transaction, access to the relevant paid Redcliffe subscription, model access, add-on, or paid account feature may cease in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
6. Product support
If you cannot access Redcliffe or believe there is a technical issue with the product, contact us first at support@redcliffe.ai. We will try to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle using the refund request process above.
