Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-20

This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests work for paid Redcliffe subscriptions. Redcliffe is operated by REDCLIFFE CONTENT PARTNERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15880789.

Redcliffe is a B2B software subscription for regulated-content review, drafting, refresh, approval records, and governed model access. During private beta, access may be provided free of charge. Paid online subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

1. Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charge is taken after that period ends.

If your subscription was purchased through Paddle, you can cancel using the buyer portal link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, the billing page in your Redcliffe account when available, or Paddle Buyer Support.

2. Refund window

Refund requests for Redcliffe transactions processed by Paddle must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion when a request is submitted within this 14-day period. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests for Paddle transactions should be made through Paddle:

  • use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email;
  • use the support link shown in your Paddle receipt;
  • visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.

If Paddle approves a refund, it is returned to the original payment method where possible and processed within 14 days of approval.

4. Paddle terms

Paddle handles payment collection, invoices, applicable taxes, cancellation requests, and refund processing for transactions completed through Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to those transactions.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your transaction. Where local law gives you a stronger right, Paddle applies the applicable legal requirement.

5. Access after a refund

If a transaction is refunded, access to the relevant paid Redcliffe product, subscription, model access, add-on, or paid account feature will cease.

6. Product support

If you cannot access Redcliffe or believe there is a technical issue with the product, contact us first at support@redcliffe.ai. We will try to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle using the refund request process above.
