Apply to become our Design Partner
Redcliffe is working with a select group of companies with complex regulated-content workflows. Apply to be considered by telling us what you review, who approves it, and which model area you need. If there is a strong fit, we'll agree the scope before opening a workspace.
How consideration works.
Who should apply?
Redcliffe works with a select group of companies that have complex regulated-content workflows and can help test the product against real review, drafting, approval, or refresh work. It is not an open trial environment, casual product trial, or free alternative to a paid plan.
Which models are available?
The UK Financial Promotions Model and the UK Gambling, Betting and Gaming Promotions Model are live for managed onboarding. US financial promotions may be considered for selected Design Partner companies, and US gambling is in build.
What happens after I apply?
We review model fit, workflow fit, security expectations, and commercial fit. If there is a strong match, we agree the scope of the Design Partner period, success criteria, team setup, review outputs, and likely commercial path before product access is opened.
Do we need to send confidential content first?
No. The access request should explain the workflow, content types, channels, and approval problem. During onboarding, teams can start with representative or sanitised material until account setup and confidentiality expectations are clear.
What should we prepare for onboarding?
The most useful preparation is two or three representative content workflows, the model area you need, the channels you publish through, who reviews and approves, and what evidence or export record your team needs at the end.
Is this free access?
No. Design Partner access is a selective evaluation path for teams that can help shape Redcliffe around real workflows. Any concession, pilot scope, or commercial term is agreed directly; it is not a standing free tier.
