What does one regulatory model included mean?
Each plan starts with one vertical and jurisdiction model, such as UK financial promotions or UK gambling, betting and gaming promotions. Additional models can be added where the account needs more than one regulated-content coverage area.
Who is Essentials for?
Essentials is shaped for finfluencers, solo advisers, adviser-led social channels, and regulated creators producing posts, captions, scripts, email, and campaign copy up to 500 words. Pro adds long-form work and a separate compliance seat.
Does Essentials include workspace controls?
Yes. Essentials still includes workspace settings, projects, review history, usage visibility, source-linked obligations, image-ad and static creative review, risk flags, suggested fixes, and a self-sign-off approval record. It is single-user rather than team-managed.
Does visual creative review include video?
No. Visual creative review currently covers image ads, other static images, and screenshots. Video, timed stories, and multi-frame review are parked for a later release.
What is the compliance seat in Pro?
Pro separates the person creating or reviewing content from the person approving it. It is the core business tier for small regulated firms that need social, short-form, and long-form content with a cleaner approval workflow.
How does model access change after subscribing?
After checkout, subscription setup asks the account to choose its first regulatory model. Pro and Team accounts can add additional model capacity from Billing, while existing projects keep their original model context for a clean record.
Can we add seats, models, or monitoring later?
Yes. Eligible accounts can add additional regulatory models, extra Team seats, a processing allowance pack, and Website Monitoring from Billing. Enterprise teams can agree larger or bespoke arrangements through sales.
How are usage limits handled?
Plans include a monthly processing allowance. As a conservative planning guide, Essentials supports about 20 standard short-form Reviews, Pro about 50 standard Reviews, and Team about 120 standard Reviews shared across the account. These are planning equivalents, not fixed record quotas: longer inputs, Create work, and live currentness checks use more allowance. The self-serve allowance pack adds capacity equivalent to about 50 standard Reviews per month.
How does website monitoring work?
Specific public website pages can be reviewed like other regulated content. Pro and Team accounts can also run website inventory discovery, then add selected-page monitoring as a paid add-on. One monitoring pack covers one public website and up to 25 selected URLs with daily checks. It is not full-site crawling, logged-in journey testing, forms, screenshots, or dynamic-state monitoring.
Can Redcliffe work with AI agents or internal content workflows?
Yes, through Enterprise Agent Gateway access. Explicitly scoped API and MCP clients can submit Create and Review jobs and retrieve structured results. Review jobs also expose cited findings, exportable review records, and direct customer human-review handoff. Agents cannot approve, sign off, or publish; those decisions remain with the customer's authorised reviewers.
Can enterprise customers review Redcliffe's support-access posture?
Yes. Qualifying Enterprise customers can review Redcliffe's data-processing, access, retention, incident-response, and integration posture through a structured security review.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Paid subscriptions run through Paddle so invoices and applicable tax handling are managed cleanly.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is available for the core plans with a 20% discount against the monthly price. Website Monitoring also has monthly and yearly pack pricing. Other expansion add-ons are currently monthly.
